After that, we begin working on the fix and will keep you updated via status updates and the issue chat until it is fully resolved.

How fast can you fix issues?

Small fixes are usually resolved within 1-2 business days. More complex requests might take longer, but we'll communicate timelines clearly.

How much does a fix cost?

Pricing depends on complexity. Simple fixes have a flat fee - $29. Larger or custom requests are estimated individually.

Is the price per task or per hour?

Our pricing is per single specific task. This means you know exactly what you'll pay upfront, regardless of how many hours it takes us to fix it.

When do I pay?

Before we start the fix, we'll estimate your issue and provide a clear price. You will need to confirm and pay (via Stripe or from your account balance), and we'll get started.

What happens if you can't fix my issue?

If we are unable to fix the reported issue due to technical limitations on our end, we provide a 100% refund. You can choose to have the specific amount refunded back to your original payment method (bank/card) or as account balance for immediate use on your next fix.

What information do I need to provide?

When submitting an issue, we just need your website URL and a brief description of the problem (screenshots or Loom videos are very helpful!).

In most cases, we will provide the necessary code snippets directly in your issue card, which you can easily apply to your site yourself.

If the fix is complex or you prefer us to handle the implementation, we may then request temporary login credentials to your WordPress dashboard.
