Refund Policy

Last updated: January 16, 2026, — WPstylefix.com

At WPStyleFix, we strive to provide the highest quality WordPress technical support. Because our services involve manual technical labor and digital credits, our refund policy is as follows:

Account Balance (Wallet Top-ups)

  • Prepaid Credits: Funds added to your account balance are considered "prepaid credits" for future technical services.
  • Non-Refundability: Once a balance top-up is completed via Stripe, the amount is generally non-refundable. However, we may consider manual refund requests for unused balances on a case-by-case basis.
  • Expiration: Your account balance does not expire and will remain available for use until fully spent on issues or maintenance tasks.

Service-Specific Refunds (Issues)

  • Direct Payments: If you pay for a specific "Issue" directly, a refund may be requested if the technical work has not yet started.
  • Work in Progress: Once our developers begin working on a specific Issue, the payment becomes non-refundable due to the labor costs involved.
  • Unresolved Issues: If we are unable to fix the reported issue due to technical limitations on our end, we provide a 100% refund. You can choose to have the specific amount refunded back to your original payment method (bank/card) or as account balance for immediate use on your next fix.

3. Chargebacks

  • We encourage our clients to contact us at support@wpstylefix.com before initiating a chargeback through their bank.
  • Unauthorized chargebacks may lead to permanent account suspension and the forfeiture of any remaining balance.
